Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days): Flat rate of $5.99 or FREE on orders over $50.

Expedited Shipping (1–3 Business Days): Available at checkout for an additional cost.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@lushlume.com. We’re happy to assist with replacements or help you file a claim with the carrier.
International Shipping
