Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on lip gloss once the product has been opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lushlumeonline.beauty with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will be happy to offer a replacement or refund.
